I think the discs are slightly a bit sweet for my tastes. I plan on getting the 70% bar, or maybe even the 80% bar of plain chocolate to try next time. Problem is, my understanding is that those bars are a bit more refined and are not as "gritty" as the discs. I'm hoping they come out with a 70% bar that has the granular texture!
