Lindt Truffle Balls

Lindt makes absolutely decadent gourmet chocolate in bite size pieces. Besides the huge selection of other products the chocolatier carries, the most well known has to be the truffle balls. While we couldn’t feature every flavor out there ever made, we’ve got the more well known and attainable here for your chocolate candy reviewing pleasure.

Milk Chocolate: Bright red wrapper. Ah, the classic. A smooth and creamy experience.

Dark Chocolate: Bright blue wrapper. The delicious counterpart to milk chocolate, dark chocolate gives you the quality you expect and a slightly heavier chocolate taste than the milk.

    Extra Dark Chocolate:
Black wrapper. This one is for serious dark chocolate lovers only. Intense, 60% cocoa, not to be taken lightly!

    White Chocolate:
Gold wrapper. An almost waxy outside texture with a creamy interior, the white chocolate truffle is best eaten slightly warmed.

    Peanut Butter:
Copper wrapper. A favorite, the strong peanut butter flavor not only punches your tastebuds (in the best way possible) but will stick to the roof of your mouth for an extended savoring.

    Mint:
Green wrapper. A very strong mint flavor (what else would it be) but not so much as the senses clearing sting that is Altoids. This mint is strong without being overpowering while still holding strong, creamy and sweet.

    Raspberry:
Pink wrapper. Chocolate raspberry is color scheme of this blog and therefore the ultimate favorite! In all seriousness, the subtle raspberry flavor mixed into the smooth chocolate was this reviewer’s favorite. Fruit flavored chocolates can come out pretty horrible and this raspberry truffle is far from that.
